Automating daily % calculation from subtotals

I am trying to automate the % calculations in columns O & P on number 1 worksheet attached so that after every future subtotal is calculated it will then calculate these columns - I currently have to manually do =H33/G33 each day for example.

Also how do I then calculate the autosum in column Q for every future sub-total date? The issue I can't get my head around is that it is not a standard number of rows per each day so what cell what I put the formula in (if that makes sense)

Then on worksheet 2 how do I get column B, C & D to populate with the info from columns O,P,Q on worksheet 1?

Sorry for multiple queries, any advice greatly appreciated.

Have you attached the correct file?

There is no 'Worksheet 1' and 'Worksheet 2'. You mention the formulae in col Q, but col Q is empty. There is also no sign of Subtotals on the attachment despite your reference to them above.

    Hello,

Sorry for that. The subtotals are in columns G, H & I on worksheet 1. Formula in Q now as well on worksheet 1.

    I've reattached.

    Cheers
