Copy Values only from Raw data

hi Guys,

I am not a master of excel but can anyone here can do a formula or a code to copy only the values that i want from Raw Data tab to Summary Tab.

on the Raw data tab i have got the exported data that are really not good in sense on their alignment and some of the agents don't have evaluation score and i only need to copy those agents that have evaluation scores and date to SUmmary Tab.

Please can anyone here show me how to do this..

Hi Albert28,

The problem is with the structure of your data. You need to gather your information in rows and columns. Each row needs to be a record of data. You should have the person Name, Date, Score for your Columns. Then you can use Excel most effectively. You have adjacent rows that may or may not have data.

Read http://contextures.com/xlExcelTable01.html and all the other pages attached to it. This will give you a better idea of what a table is and how Excel can work with them. Until you get your data into this format it will just get harder and harder to make Excel work for you.
