Rephrasing.
I have a worksheet that has 4 columns of data for each month for a total of 48 columns. I need to re-arrange the data into just 4 columns but contains all twelve months of data. Thank you.

Hello,
What is the first 9th column?
Assume you have data in Sheet1, Output required is in Sheet2. If so use this in Sheet2 A2 & copy across.
=INDEX(Sheet1!2:2,COLUMNS($A2:A2)*9)
