I need help. Accidentally erased my data....!!!

I have a sheet. I erased some lines with data that I thought did not need it and I save the sheet.
Now I discovered that I needed these data.
Is there a way to regain the lost data?

find any backup files.( hopefully there is one)
or
Autorecover backup is saved in
C:\Users\-------\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\
or look at the --options---> save tab on where the autorecover is.

1) I had not even do BACKUP.
2) C: \ Documents and Settings>> USER .... Where do I find the app\data ....
3) TOOLS> OPTIONS>>>......

Could you please help me a little more??
