Excel 2007 : combining data from multiple worksheets

I have over 100 separate worksheets all within the same workbook. Each worksheet contains a vendor, purchase order, and purchase order amount.

I want to be able to combine all worksheets into one, arranged by vendor.

Any help is much appreciated.
