How to Embed WordArt or Pictures over Cells

hi all,

i would like to place word art down a column where data entry is entered saying "enter data here".

But when i place it it covers the cells and you can't enter the data

How can i embed it.

You can not embed things into cells. Shapes and images float over the cells layer. You will need to place the image to the side of the cell if you want the user to be able to access it easily.
