Excel 2007 : Problem in Data Analysis and Ranking

Dear Recipients,

I am stuck with a file where I need to find a result. It’s a big file and the main problem is it’s a system generated excel file. And I need to refresh the data after every 30 mins. I hope u can help me out.

What I want:
1. I want to find the total of the each column Header Like:"Answdcalls". Although there is a row for that against each Agent name, but the problem is the row change as the data is refreshed.
2. I want to rank the column total data to top 5 and lowest 5. For example: top 5 answdcalls.

Please check the attached file, it’s the raw system generated data. Please help me out of this.
