Formula to calculate break times based on start and end times

I think I need an excel wizard to see if this is possible.

Attached is an excel sheet of a break schedule.

I am looking to have a formula that will calculate employee break times.

    Information:

Employees have a start time and end time.

First rule is that no breaks can overlap.

    1st Break is 40 Mins

    2nd Break is 20 Mins

1st Break is at least 2 Hours After Time-In.

2nd Break is at least 2 Hours Before from Time-Out

Each Employee might have a unavailable time for breaks. (Column F & G)
(for example, just Employee #01 can't go to any breaks between 10:00 am to 10:30 am.)

I am not sure if this is possible to create.

I appreciate any help making this formula.

    Thanks,
    Nick
