How to validate the two sheets Report

Hello Forum users,

I would like to match the sales report submitted by the Area Sales Manager and Agent.

Comparison should start from Manager with the Agent report.

I have three sheets 1. Agent, 2. Manager 3. Match for Diff and explains about the report on the sales made during the day
Sheet 1. Agent – Report on Sales made on the day by the Agent

Sheet 2. Manager – Report on Sales made on the day by the Sales manager

Sheet 3. Match for Diff – This sheet should compare the other two sheets about the
report given by these two different persons are accurate.

I don’t want to go for the cell reference as each of the sheet will contain more line items and two reports will not be in the same order.
I have attached the spread sheet for easy understanding and in the third sheet given the example output which I am expecting.
