Import multiple text files into excel

I have 100's of text files and I want to import those text files into excel. Each text file has 3 column data. First two columns of text file are same and only the third column of text files is different. I am interested to combine the 3rd column of text files in an excel worksheet. What is the most convenient way to import these 100's of text files and arrange the data on these text files into columns ? I have attached two sample files here. Please give me some algorithm or some code to import these text files into excel.
