Countin numbers in numerous ranges and cells

Hello,

I have a range of numbers in C9:I9 and I would like to count if each one of the cells falls between a range or an individual number. For example, if the numbers are

3-6-18-27-46-48-67

I would like to count if

C9 falls between 1-15
D9 falls between 6-17 or 20 (basically a range from 6-20 but skipping numbers 18 and 19)
E9 falls between 16-25,or 27 (skipping number 26)
F9 falls between 27-35, or 38, or 40 (skipping 36,37 and 39)
G9 falls between 40-53
H9 falls between 50-64, or 67
I9 falls between 60-85

Is there a better or faster solution than using a very long sumproduct formula?

You can define in sheet2 table with all your possibilities and then use easier formulas or very long ungly sumproduct
