    alignment to page

    Hello

I was wondering if someone can help me out, on the attached.

Im not sure if line 3 and 4 is the one that is messed up as it does not align to the rest of the page. It seem I need to over flow outside the page to make line 3 and 4 align to the rest of the page for printing. I need to view the worksheet as is(ie no overflow - all aligned) like the print preview.

I tried merged cell and none merged cell.

view page break and print preview.

    Any help would be appreciated.

You need to delete some of the spaces and underlines in rows 3 & 4 to make it fit.

If you attach a sample of your workbook it will be easier to find a solution. Remember to remove/replace sensitive data before uploading the file. Look here if you need help with attachments:

yes but when I do the print it will all be unaligned as well, everything shift to the left when I print.

I want the line 3 & 4 to have the same width same as table in workbook view and when printing.

If your data is in cells it is much easier to make the finished result neat and tidy. The attached version does what you want.
