    Conditional Formatting on multiple rows

I have 2 sets of data

    Coulmns J, K, L,M,N and

Columns CK, CL, CM, CN, CO

I want column J highlighted by looking at data in Column CK, Column K highlighted by looking at data in column CL and so on.

There are 100 rows of data. When I enter a conditional formatting formula in row J1, the conditional formula copies itself in all the columns J,K,L,M,N. The result is that instead of row 2 column K looking at row 2 column CL, it continues to look at row 1 column CK and so on.
