    Combining Duplicate contact information

I am trying to figure out a way to combine duplicate contact information into a single entry. The contact information contains, name, address, city, state, zip, as well as who to contact, name of the owners etc. The problem is we have multiple entries and each entry is filled out in varing degrees. Is there a formula or vba code that will look through the entries to create one complete contact?

Possibly. Any chance of getting a dummy workbook so we can see the exact layout and situation you're facing?

    Re: Combining Duplicate contact information

One approach is to copy the headers out to the right (starting in BY), and then use formulas to check each line for data. Note that this approach will take the first time information is entered as the correct data. I added a helper column in column BX with a filter, so that when you're done, copy and paste this table as values, then filter to 0 and delete all the rows. Naturally, you can also delete A:BX after you're done with this. I'm sure there are several other ways to do this, though, some of which may well be more elegant than mine.
