    IF statement

I have a very large bandaid on my head from scratching it for so long

    The good old =IF( Statement)
    State County
    Totals $3,162.33 $2,108.22 B29 E29

Collection Allowance if paid before 20th of month 2.5%
    Tax Due
    State $30.00 (ref cell 2.5% of B29) State $3,132.33
County $30.00 (ref cell 2.5% of E29) County
    $2,078.22
    B34,B35 H34,H35

I need these 2 cells(B34,B35) to calculate @2.5% max $30.00 so if it is over $30.00 we can still deduct the $30.00 H34 & H35 needs to reflect the difference

But if B34 or B35 is greater then $30.00 I need to add the that is over $30.00 the excess of the max to H34 or H35, but if it is <less then the max I need to subtract B34 or B35 from H34 or H35
as far as tax due, I think I put that right, we get a $30.00 max rebate if we pay early

the =IF statement I had worked on the max but did not work on the less then 30
so at 5% county tax at $100.00 should of been $5.00 but instead it was $30.00

This is a monthly state & county sales use tax sheet the beginning parts work like a charm.

This little final addition has caused many of choice words to sound thru the hallways of my back office, I even sent my hottest clerk home (with pay) for the day because she kept distracting me from my mission

Anyway Thanks for the very needed help I hope to get
