How insert blank line afer every 2,000th # in a row

This should be easy for someone who gets excel.
basically I have a sheet with words grouped by a # symbol.
I need a blank line inserted after each 2000th # symbol.

I attached an example.

PS would be even cooler if I could fill that row with a color for easier viewing.

I think that's working, it's very hard to manually sort through all 65,000 lines looking for a few blank rows.

Is there any way we could color the entire blank row (that gets inserted)so I could spot them easier?

Hi bigmark1972

You could put your cursor in Column A and do a Ctrl-DownArrow. This would then stop at the last cell before the blank the code inserted. Keep doing a Ctrl_DownArrow and it will stop at where you want.
