Create time range in excel

Hey HI ,

I again need your help
I am having a data that have about 30-40 columns and almost 30000 rows.

Sheet is like (follow the attachment :$sheet2 = Source)


What i need to do is distribute the time of call in 5 minutes, means I want to know , which skype call goes to which code within 5 minute , working time is of 8 hours that means we attend calls just for 8 hours.

Need result in this form.( follow the attachment )
sheet1(Result) contain the result I want
sheet2(Source) contain the source ( Source just a sample )

Apart from the result dates being different from anything on the source sheet you don't indicate what you expect to see in the code columns - and we're not psychic!

If zbor's Pivot Table giving the numbers of code occurrencies in the 5 minute slots is what you want then ignore my post. I was merely asking what you expected to see in the result matrix since you didn't say.

No zbor's pivot table don't solve my problem.

Well rather than have us all guessing what you want, why on earth don't you show us with a proper results matrix which is based on your source data, and not on some completely different data.

As I said, we are not psychic.

So the original file was missing the most important field of data. It really would have helped us all had you correctly described what you want. We could have avoided a lot of wasted time.

You still haven't said what you want in the body of the matrix so we're still left to guess that you want the number of calls. So using zbor's pivot table method here's the updated workbook.

yes I want the number of phone numbers lying in a disposition code in time interval of 5 minute

What's wrong with red marks?

15:30:50 (sam as 15:30:33) in 5 minutes intervals is rounded to 15:30
