Formula to create a red number when below a certain percentage

    Hi Everyone,

I'm currently using excel 2007. Let me paint this simple picture.

Three cells A1, B1 and C1. in A1 I have my cost of my product, in B1 I have my retail price, in C1 I have my ROI percentage showing my mark up in a percentage form. I will always manually enter the values in A1 and B1 but would like to create a formula for C1 that would turn that value / percentage RED when it falls below 20% mark up.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for that formula? Thank you in advance.

Go to conditional formatting and enter the formula =C1<0.2. Then format it as red.
