Excel 2007 : Locked for editing by myself, IE Download, Works fine if the file is saved

1. Downlaod the Excel Attachemnt from URL using IE
2. Click on the Open -> File open in Read only mode
3. Click on Enable Content for Macro
4. While trying to execute the Macro, Got message file is being locked by 'Myself'
5. So it opens a new file with same content.

P.S - Instead of using Open option while downloading if use the Save option and open the
file it works fine.
