Formating for leap-year

    Formating for leap-year

    I am entering a list of format dates for Feb 2012. When I enter the date 2/28/2012 I can format it as 28 Feb with no problem. If I enter 2/29/2012 the entry stays the same. See attached file.

    The year you entered is 2029, not 2012.
