Problem with Index and Match Formula

    Guys I got this formula

    =INDEX(TabNames,MATCH(TRUE,COUNTIF(INDIRECT("'"&TabNames&"'!k14"),S3)>0,0))

it is suppose to find the appropriate sheet name and I keep getting #VALUE!

    For example

S3 shows a value that is located on one of 50 sheets?

this is suppose to tell me the sheet name?

    Any ideas?

I can't see how that is giving you #VALUE error, but it would help if we can actually see the workbook. I can get #N/A! error if there are no matches in any of the sheets...

What formula do you have that gives a result in S3?

Also, are you confirming with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER?
