    Conditional format formula

    The following conditional format formula highlights cell Q6 if the date in the cell is the day before yesterday or earlier. Is there a way to change this formula to exculde weekends and holidays similar to the WORDAY function?

    The purpose of the formula is to check if a specific specfic macro, which pastes the current date into cell Q6 was run on the previous business day

    =Q6<TODAY()-1

    Re: Conditional format formula

    Possibly:

    Q6<WORKDAY(TODAY(),-1,holidays)

    where holidays is your named holiday list.
    Where there is a will there are many ways.

    How do I create the named holiday list? Click on the Excel Name box, to the left of the formula bar and type in "holidays" when the range is highlighted?
