Count number of unique values using Sumproduct

Hi All

I have a formula which counts the number of values that match my criteria...

I would like it so it will only count the unique values in "Activity_Incidents" but I have no idea how to do this... Any help will be much appreciated!

confirmed with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER not just ENTER.

although I am not sure what you mean by unique though. This counts unique entries (same entries) in Activity_Incidents based on month in Activity_Dates
