Data updating in following worksheets.

I used to be able to do this but it's some years ago and I now need help in getting going again. I need a workbook of 52 sheets. The information in Col 1 will always be the same; Information in Col 3 will be the date increasing on each page by 7 days (hence the 52 weeks) information in Cols 5 & 6 is added in Col 7; On sheet 2 the data in col 7 of sheet one appears in Col 5 new data in Col 6 is added and totals in Col 7; this then goes on for the rest of the year. I recall having to use the $ and ! symbols with col and sheet and cell numbers interspersed but I forget how it all comes together. Will somebody please rescue me? Thanks [/FONT]
