    Formulas....Help!

OKay I am using the same formula on my entire worksheet IF ='Top Level'!E001 for some reason most of the cells are blank and will dictate what I want form a previous page but then I have a few that wont and show the formula in the cell instead. I have tried deleting the formula saving the worksheet and tring to type it in manually and still no help, what can I do?

They will transfer the data I want them to but when nothing is entered on the form I get a Zero or the formula in the cell block, im thinking its a Format Cell issue but what should I change it too?

I am guessing that in the cells where the formula appears as text instead of the expected value, the cell is formatted as text. Highlight the cells in question and change the formatting to General or whatever the format should be other than text.

It doesn't matter what the formatt in the cell is I have tried changing it and still the formula shows in the cell. I have been able to copy and paste special to those that do not have problems across the entire row, but still cant figure out why I cant do that to those cells?
