"Values" field in Pivot Charts-Excel 2007

When I either try to form a pivot table or chart out of my dataset, excel always sums all the entries in the value field and shows those results. This is not relevant in my case, I want to see individual entries. When I try to change that sum option from "value field settings", I again cannot see any option for displaying data as it is. Is there a way to tackle this?

I hope I am clear and get some help soon.
    Thanks a lot.

Double click the leftmost row of the values you want, this will create a new sheet which lists all the individual full rows from your dataset of interest.
