    IF Statement Not Working Properly

    I have 3 columns: Expiration Date, Current Date, 30-day Notice. I want the 4th column to populate with either Current, Renew or Expired depending on the current date. The formula I have entered isn't working correctly and I can't for the life of me figure out where the problem is and I am so sure it is simple as can be to answer. Can anyone please review this and let me know where I went wrong.

    =IF(H3<G3,"Current",IF(AND(H3>=I3,H3<=G3),"Renew",IF(H3>G3,"Expire",0)))
