Pulling top 10% to a new sheet

I need a formula that will pull out top 10% from each column and sort it in deccending order. This formula needs to be so that everytime time data changes top 10% is updated together with the name associated with the number.
Attachment has better description and example.
    Thank you

ive pulled the top 10 by sales % to another sheet, i dont know what "amount" is but it shows the principle, unique rank whatever column you want and use index match to retrieve the data,

    Use Pivot Table,

You can use VBA worksheet_activate event to refresh PT, whenever activate PT sheet.

    See the attached.
