Picking values from a grid based on positions from another grid

Hello!

As in example, I have a grid left, with certain values, and a grid right, with numbers.
I need a formula which will determine the position of every number in the right grid, and pick the value from the same position of the left grid.

So, in the example attached, I need formulas which will return the values in red.
