can you copy data from multiple spreadsheet into one big spreadsheet

Hi i have around 150 spreadsheets with the same data headings and layout in a folder on my computer, is it possible to copy all this data from each individual spreadsheet and combine it all in one big spreadsheet without having to do each one manually, i am using excel 2010 and i need idiot instructions as i am not an expert.
Can anyone help me please?

What do you mean by "combine", you haven't explained that.
Adding them all together or something else?

yes so data from all spreadsheets is copied into one big spreadsheet, so instead of having 150 spreadsheets with 100 rows of data i would have one big spreadsheet with 15000 rows of data
