    Question Fill-in Series Formulas (SOLVED)

    I am trying to build a rolling date reference table. The formula is =today() - 1 to =today - 730. I would like to type in a few of the today formulas and fill the rest, but it does not seem to be working. I tried to Concatenate but that gave me 730 cells to select then enter because it didn't register as a formula. Using Excel 2010.

    Thank you,
    Kalani

    Re: Fill-in Series Formulas

    Say you want the first date in B2 then try this formula in B2 filled down

    =TODAY()-ROWS(B$2:B2)
    Audere est facere

    Re: Fill-in Series Formulas

    How about in A2, =TODAY(), and in A3 and copied down, =A2-1
    Entia non sunt multiplicanda sine necessitate

    Thanks for the help. =A2-1 has the same problem because -1 won't fill in. But it helped me with the work around. Filled Column A 1-730 then used =Today()-B1 and that would fill down.

    It doesn't need to 'fill in'

    A3 is A2-1, A4 is A3-1, ...
