    DVD Database

    Hi folks,

I'm typing up all of the DVD's I own into Microsoft Excel 2010 and just wondered if there's a way to link them.

For example, i have the Rocky collection and instead of typing in all the Rocky films so they take up more rows in the spreadsheet i would like to be able to locate Rocky on the spreadsheet then possibly click it and it takes me to another spreadsheet with the Rocky films on it or have a drop down menu

I know you can do this on a database but I'd much prefer a spreadsheet

Not sure if this is what you're looking for but you can link a cell content to another spreadsheet using "Insert" -> "Hyperlink". I don't have Excel 2010 but I'm looking at 2003 right now and you can select to link to a place in this document.
