I recently switched at the office from Excel 2003 to 2010. Once of the sheets I work with regularly requires filling down a significant number of rows on a repetitive basis, which I would accomplish by double clicking the fill handle (with one cell selected for unique fills, 2 for repeat cells). This would fill to the last row of the column to the left, which is what I need. Now, this action fills all the way to the very bottom of the sheet, leaving my only option as clicking the handle and dragging it down. Is there any way to change this setting back to the 2003 style?
Related: If I try typing the name of a company two cells in a row, the second no longer tries to autocomplete the name. Is there a way to turn this functionality on?
Thanks!
