Populating a Table from a Dynamic List selection

I have a set of data that is divided up by a on overall category which has subset data, which has subset beneath that. So what it looks like is Hook 1, Hook 2, and Hook 3 for overall category. For each hook there are set of dates, and for each of those dates are data points for X, Y, and Z coordinates. What I want to be able to do is from a drop down menu select a hook which in turn gives me a set of dates associated with that hook. I want to then be able to select a date, and from that I want the data from the X,Y,Z column to populate to a table. I have the dynamic drop down lists already figured out, I just do not know how to get the X,Y,Z data (which is on a separate sheet than the dynamic lists) to give the proper info.

Please check out the attachment for a better depiction of the described scenario. Please note that the attached file has everythign on one sheet and I want the lists and populated table on a separate sheet. Also if there is a better way to arrange the data files in order to obtain a solution then that is fine.
