Hello,
I am looking for a formula that will calculate the sum of two numbers, constant "a" and variable "b", so that they equal a constant number "c".
For example: .117 + "b" = 0.75
Thanks!
Annie

HI Annie,
Cell A1: Constant = 0.117
Cell B1: Variable = B1
Cell C1: Constant = 0.75
You need to find out the value for cell B1 and in order to obtain that, use following formula in cell B1:-
=c1-a1 which will calculate like 0.75 - 0.117
If this is not matching to what you are looking for, would request you to upload the sample file. Thanks.
