Excel 2007 : Average of breaks

Hi

Attached file sheets 6, 7 and 8 contains name and break of respective people (Total break is in column O).

I wish to know (may be a formula) how to calculate the average break of everyone.

I use the simplest way to find the solution.

In a new Sheet, or in a sheet that you like(in my example. Sheet!8), use the sum function twice and get your result.
