    Filter groups

I have a couple of diffrent products with diffrent properties. I want to be able to sort on property and see all products with this property but in the same time see all the other properies it has.

    Produkt Propertie
    A 1
    2
    3

    B 1
    4
    5

If I filter on propoerty 1 I will see two rows. If I filter on property 5 I will see one row. I would like to see all the rows (all the propoeries) that the product has. If i filter on 1 i would like to se all above. If i filter on 5 I would like to see 1, 4, 5.

    Hi AJ,

You can simply use Excel inbuilt feature Autofilter
    for 1-> equal to 1
for 5 -> less than or equal to 5..

I don't think selecting only one number i.e., selecting either 1 or 5 alone will do the task.

    Re: Filter groups

The thing is that i will have a lot of properties in different colums. Property 1, 2, 3 and a, b, c, and ",& ,¤ for example. If one of these excist in the product then should all properties of that product be shown.

I need to assemble the cells in some way but still be able to filter on each cell.

    Re: Filter groups

    Hi AJ,

One solution could be to use Advance Filter option of Excel or customzed VBA macro.
I would suggest you to upload a sample file along with the criteria(s). Thanks.
