Converting Six Digit Number to MM/YYYY Date Format

    Hello All,

I apologize if this subject has already been addressed, I tried and tried, but could not find this specific application and my feeble attempts to modify similar code ended up with erroneous values.

I want to change a number such as 091996 to the date format of 09/1996. Assume the value of 091996 is in cell # A1.

    Thank you.
