Why the frame of table cell in Excel 2010 changed to such a appearence?

Yesterday I had done nothing other than opening a csv file
then the frame of table cell in my Excel 2010 changed to such a dotted line
in default the dotted line doesn't exist
How can I achieve my goal to come back to the default setting?
    Thank you and merry christmas!

Hi longkui1990 and welcome to the forum,

I'd first look at your regional settings of your operating system, as you say you made no changes to Excel. Then using Excel look at File Tab > Options > Language settings. You can also look under General Options of Color Scheme and Advanced options.

If none of the above works read http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ex...#_Toc269981340
One test is worth a thousand opinions.

Thank you for your reply and I have solved the problem by reinstalling office 2010
    God bless your kind heart!
