consolodating multiple ID's and summing their values

I have a large set of worker ID numbers in one column and some of them are in the column more than once. Their working hours are in the next column. I was wondering if their is a formula that will allow me to sum the ID's that are on there more than once to find out how many hours each ID worked without having duplicate ID's. I have attached a simplified excel sheet with my problem. Any help is appreciated!! thanks
