Address Correction

In my database on the Raiser's Edge I have a number of addresses that have capital letters such as this:
563 South 9Th St. You will note the "T" in 9th is capitalized but it should not be. I have hundreds of these.
Is there a way to correct them? Also is there a way to make all my street addresses uniform using one format.
Over the years different people have entered them in different ways.

I suspect you'll have more errors perhaps caused by having used PROPER() at some time, hence the nested statements.
