Update Master worksheet records by using Update worksheet

Hello,

I have two network share files 1st master file (5000 records) and 2nd update file (14000 records)
Master files most of column have internal formula for calculation
both file have almost same column but need to match application number and then region once this this column match I need update all rest column data in Master file from the update file

FYI : Master file need to be update from Update file every week.

please allow me if i can provide more information. i tried Vlookup, Vlookup with match, I like if condition.....but
