    Locking cells after entry

    Please see the attached file

I have a template in which user enters details (row by row ). When he completes entering details, user must say completed (please see column O ). Then the entire row turns gray.

    1) Now I want the grayed out cells to be locked. So that user will not have chance to reenter / fake/overwrite the details.

    2) Manager will have privileges to change locked cells with help of password

I think this needs a script. How can I do this. You help is much appreciated.
