Generate warning if values not met

    Hi,
I need to find a formula that will pay someone minimum wage if their piecework earnings are too low in cell R6 and down. The cell should also turn YELLOW as a warning that no bonus has been earned.
I also need to find a formula that will turn the cell containing the employee name, cell c6 and down RED if an employee does not work their full contracted minuets, and turn GREEN if they go over.
The amount an employee can earn is determined by the number of units produced in cell J6
The sheets represent different machines over a 24 hour period
Total daily earnings can be found at the bottom of the sheet, and data relating to minutes worked, and cash earned can be found to the right of the sheets
The minimum daily earnings are highlighted in cell AE6 and down.
Employees need to work 450 mins per shift

    Please see attached file

I hope my description is clear.

    Many Thanks

    Sean
