New user: how do I return the heading row based on the minimum value for a row?

I'd be grateful for some assistance from the forum. I've attached a sample datasheet without any specific identifiers that probably better illustrates the problem.

I have a dataset that gives the distance from an address to 11 different hospitals on each row. I have established the minimum distance, that is placed in the L column. I am looking for a way of establishing which of the 11 hospitals has the minimum distance for each row (to be placed in column M). For example for row 2, would like "HOSPITAL 1" to appear in Row 2.

I'm sure this can be done (?easily) but I can't work it out! My actual file has >3000 rows and the first hospital is on F column.

    Thanks in advance
