    Problem freezing panes

I'm trying to freeze my top row.

I've selected my first two rows ONLY by dragging my mouse over 1 and 2, selecting the entire rows - Clicked Window - Freeze Panes

No matter what I do, the first 13 rows and columns A-G get frozen, and nothing else

Can someone tell me how to fix this problem? Thank you.

    ______--
Figured it out - I had to select a single cell from row 1, not the row itself.
