    2003 vs 2010 Protecting workbook

I can't figure out how to protect the workbook like I did when I had 2003. I used to go to Tool, Options, Security, and put in a password that way recommending Read only when you open it.

I have looked everywhere in 2010 and can only find a couple different options. Info, protect workbook. However that allows you to password protect the workbook but will not allow anyone to open it in read-only.

I need to be able to save and protect a workbook and have others able to view the file as read only.

    Please Help!
