Excel 2007 : Hidden Data Showing On Print Outs

Hi,

I've created some reports where i've camouflaged some of the data within the reports because its only purpose is to provide a reference for some of the formulas. The problem i've now encountered is that whilst they look o.k. on screen because they aren't visible when I print them off (in black and white) they show up on the print out.

Is there any way around this or do I need to move the hidden data out of the print range?

How have you hidden the data? If by using font/fill colours, I suggest you simply format those cells with a custom number format of ;;; and then they should not appear.
