Change shape of data in Excel

Hi,

Would really appreciate if someone could help me out.

See attachment - sample.xls

I need to change the data from the way its shown in the current tab, to the way its shown in Final Tab,

There are 12,000 seperate products to work through and I can't face the thought of copying and transposing the sizes from the Current Tab to the correct product code in the Finished Tab.

Hope soneone can help.
