    Lightbulb UserForm Caption Change

Does anybody have any VBA code that would do the following.

I have data that is controlled by states
example: If I select State = Illinois I would like my Caption of my UserForm to say state of illinois
If I select state = Indiana I would like my Caption of my userform to say state of indiana
I am not looking to change the name of the UserForm Just the Caption Title on my Selections of states

    Thanks

How do you select the state? If it's from a ComboBox on the UserForm
